Your order follows the steps below:

 Place Your Order

You can place your order by any of the following means:

You can submit your materials in either of the following ways:

To facilitate your order, keep in mind the following guidelines:

  • Materials received by noon PT Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & holidays) will begin processing. Materials received after noon will begin processing the following business day.
  • To avoid a delay in receiving our mailing services, submit your mailing list with your order.
  • Production Time starts after the receipt of your Final Approval.
 Respond to Your Order

When processing of your order has begun, we send you an approval form by the method of your choice: by email, fax, or color proof (via UPS):

 

Emailing a Layout Approval:
We send you an email with a link to our Web site where you can view your final order layout and the order details.
 

Faxing a Layout Approval:
We send you a FAX with an image of your layout and order details. Color and image details will not be retained by FAX.
 

Mailing a Color Proof:
For an additional $35 and one more business day, we can send color proofs to you by UPS.

Actual color of the printed postcards may vary slightly from the proofs, but Modern Postcard guarantees color accuracy of at least 85%. Most orders reproduce very closely. If you are not satisfied with the color of the proof, contact your production team to arrange for the best solution based on your unique order. Any changes to your order, however, may affect cost and production time.

Respond to the Proof
Approve the proof or request a change. All components of the form must be approved to move into print production and begin your Production Time.

Keep in mind that, if you request any changes and need to send new material (pictures to be scanned or replacement files), your order will be delayed by at least one business day.

 Manage Your Shipping or Mailing

You can choose whether your cards are shipped to you or mailed directly to your mailing list:

  • Shipping:

    We print and ship your postcards according to the UPS Service level you've selected. We'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the UPS Web site to track the shipment.
  • Mailing:

    About two to three days after receiving your mailing list, we email you an invoice for your mailing services. We must receive your confirmation to this email before we can mail your cards.
